Available Reports

Revenue Summary
The Revenue Summary report shows your total collections for any date range. Filter by payment method (M-Pesa, Cash, Bank), site, or plan type. The chart view lets you spot seasonal trends and growth month-over-month.
Package Sales Report
Shows which plans sell the most and generate the most revenue. Useful for:
- Identifying your most popular plan to prioritise marketing
- Spotting plans that are rarely sold and may need repricing
- Planning capacity upgrades based on subscriber counts per plan
Customer Balances
Lists every subscriber with their current status (active, expired, suspended), remaining days, and last payment. Sort by "Days Remaining" to see who is about to expire — and send them a payment reminder directly from this view.
Revenue per Site
If you operate multiple sites, this report shows how much revenue each site generates. Drill into a site to see a subscriber-by-subscriber breakdown. Useful for understanding which sites are profitable and which may need more subscribers or better pricing.
Exporting Reports
All reports have an Export CSV button. The CSV file includes all rows in the current filter and can be opened in Excel, Google Sheets, or imported into your accounting software.
Dashboard Widgets
The main dashboard shows live counters:
- Active Subscribers — currently connected subscribers
- Expiring Today/This Week — subscribers needing attention
- Revenue This Month — total income in the current calendar month
- Recent Payments — last 10 transactions
- Router Status — which sites are online/offline
